Didactics Africa training courses FAQs
What types of training does Didactics Africa offer?
We offer four broad training formats: instructor-led classroom or in-plant training, virtual training, blended learning (combining online and face-to-face), and self-paced eLearning. Course topics span internal auditing, GFSI standards (FSSC 22000 and BRCGS), hygienic design, HACCP, food microbiology, food fraud, food defence, root cause analysis, environmental monitoring, risk assessment, and food safety culture.
Who is the training designed for?
Our courses serve a wide range of professionals across food manufacturing, retail, catering, packaging and logistics — from food handlers and supervisors to quality managers, food safety professionals and internal auditors. Specific courses are pitched at different levels, so there is something suitable regardless of where you are in your career.
Are courses tailored to my business?
Yes. All instructor-led training is bespoke and adapted to your industry, team, and specific operational requirements. Content, examples and case studies are customised to maximise relevance and practical application for your team.
Can Didactics Africa come to our site?
Yes. In-plant training is available, where our facilitators deliver the course at your facility. This is particularly effective for courses with practical components, such as internal auditing (which includes an on-site audit exercise) and hygienic design.
Where is Didactics Africa based?
We are based in Westlake Business Park, Cape Town, South Africa. Training can be delivered on-site at your premises, at a venue of your choosing, virtually, or through our online learning platform.
Why is my invoice amount higher than the advertised amount?
VAT will be added to the advertised course fee where applicable. As a VAT-registered company, all invoices are issued in accordance with South African VAT regulations.
